If paying the course fee presents a financial hardship for you, the KulturLegi allows you to attend all courses* in the fields of education and sport at a 50 per cent discount. The remainder of the course fee is covered by the Pro Senectute support fund for both Basel cantons, which is financed by donations. The Akzent magazine can also be purchased for half price with the KulturLegi.
*Exclusions include strength training, one-off events, holiday programmes and private lessons.
You can order the KulturLegi from us during a consultation or directly from Caritas. As a rule, you are eligible for this if you receive supplementary benefits or are in a similar financial situation.
