Postal dispatch and delivery

You can purchase assistive devices directly from our shops in Basel and Liestal, or have them conveniently delivered to your home.

Depending on the item, you can purchase our medical aids and products directly from us at our shops in Liestal and Basel. We are also happy to post items marked with an envelope symbol in the catalogue. Orders placed by telephone by 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day.

We will, of course, deliver all other assistive devices to your home anywhere in north-western Switzerland within 3 working days of your order being placed.

  • Zone 4: from 50 km + CHF 2.– per additional kilometre
Electric bed
  • Delivery: CHF 220.–
  • Return: CHF 290.–
Armchairs, patient lifts
  • Delivery: CHF 100.–

Disposal of customers’ materials
  • Bed/slatted base: CHF 200.–
  • Mattress: CHF 50.–
  • Specialist work charged at cost: CHF 80.– per hour
