Are you struggling to make ends meet? Do you lack the funds for essential purchases? Do you have questions about AHV and EL? If so, we can help. Our advice sessions are confidential and free of charge.
Perhaps you urgently need a new pair of glasses but can’t afford them. Or maybe you’d like to attend a course or need a service such as a cleaning service, but can’t afford it? We offer support and can show you practical solutions to the following issues:
- Would you like a better overview of your finances, or are you finding that money is getting tight?
- Are you unable to cover your living costs with your AHV pension and/or income? If so, we can assess whether you’re eligible for supplementary benefits (EL).
- Do you rely on help from others for everyday tasks, require care and support, or are you supporting someone in need of assistance? In that case, it is worth checking your eligibility for a helplessness allowance (HE).
- If, despite social security benefits, you find yourself in financial hardship or have an exceptional expense, your eligibility for individual financial assistance (IF) can be assessed.
- Are you in an acute emergency? We can help you.
- Does your health insurance, IV or AHV contribute towards the cost of a wheelchair or a care bed? We can help you with the necessary enquiries.
- Would you like to attend a course but cannot afford it? Thanks to the Club 65 support fund, we can cover some or all of your course fees.
Together, we’ll find a good solution for you.
